Hardwood Flooring Products -

Unfinished Flooring Products are covered by a lifetime structural warranty. Please see the complete warranty and installation instructions document for complete warranty terms and conditions.

Prefinished Flooring Products are covered by a lifetime structural warranty and a 25-year residential finish warranty. Please see the warranty and installation instructions document for complete terms and conditions.

Odd-Lot Flooring Products, when available, are clearly noted as such and are sold on an as-is, where-is basis. Odd-lot products have no warranty. Returns or exchanges of odd-lot products are not permitted.

Warranties are limited to the manufacturers Warranty Documents, no other warranty, express or implied, is offered.

Hardwood Lumber Products -

Hardwood lumber products are guaranteed to meet or exceed NHLA grading guidelines for the grade specified subject to NHLA guidelines and industry standard practices for the trade of hardwood lumber.

Lumber products are sold on a NET Tally (stick tallied) basis according to NHLA guidelines, tallies are performed prior to added services (ripping, defecting, resawing, etc).

Disputes of grade must be addressed before use of product occurs and in no case more than 3 business days after receipt of product.

No warranty is made as to the useability or suitability of any lumber product for a specific project or process. No warranty is offered beyond the grading requirements as defined by the NHLA.

Hardwood Decking Products -

Hardwood Decking products including dimensional Ipe and Cumaru are warranteed against rot and/or decay when used in residential building projects in compliance with local building codes for a period of 25 years. This warranty covers the cost of replacement material or refund at InternetLumber.com's discretion. Warranty specifically denies costs of installation, removal, replacement, or freight costs.
